Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best known for playing strong yet vulnerable character. Linney was raised in an theatre-loving family, with her father, Romulus Linney was a playwright. Linney graduated from Arts Theatre School, Moscow in the year 1986. Later she completed a M.F.A. at Juilliard School. New York City was her first destination in the year 1990. In 1990, she began the beginning of her Broadway career.
